Term And Condition

1. Registration
   1. Existing User under dynamic.com.kh is automatically created.
   2. Leave Application System User not under dynamic.com.kh must register username and email to leave application system.
2. User Activation
   1. Existing User under dynamic.com.kh will activate user role in next 2 days after first login.
   2. Not exist User not under dynamic.com.kh will activate user role in next 2 days after register.
3. Request Leave
   1. Public holidays and weekends are not counted in leave period.
   2. Leave Request will send to multiple final approver.
   3. After Leave Request approved, direct supervisor will receive notification of leave.
   4. If Leave Request declined, Requester will receive notification in reply.
4. Leave Approval
   1. Leave Approver will receive an email about leave request.
   2. Leave Approver can Approve or Decline on leave request in Web Platform.
